So like why a cult?

In the United States, they don’t really like it when you have some wild ideas, but if it’s a religion, you can say some really crazy shit. So not only are the tax benefits worth it but so is the religious liberty.

But a cult? isnt that evil?

Not really. We are aware of the negative connotation that cults have and we want to make sure that we always value your sovereignty and your point of view. This is more like a philosophical roundtable to discuss what it means to be human at the end of the world.

I can’t get over the cult thing.

Okay so like have you read Earthseed by Octavia Butler? Well the main character tried to make her own religion to combat the stupid capitalistic apocalypse that was eating the world alive. Same. I started thinking about this thought experiment when in peak 2020 when we were all locked up in our homes and the powers that be were coming for all of our communities. It just seemed really hopeless to fight for change using the same system that was built to abuse and use us. What if we could use the power of the knowledge, diversity and collaboration to build something totally different. Let’t talk about it.

Is that even possible?

Probably not but we should fucking try. The earth is burning, we keep killing ourselves. We will never survive as a species if we keep consuming everything. We must learn from our past and everything we comprehend now to intellectually create an alternative. These rich asses hope we keep following the machine but the machine stops working when we stop pushing it.
